So, I'm pretty much obsessed with the Etsy shop, funky shiQue

I love burlap, I love holidays, and I love banners...

They have something for everyone! And the wedding stuff is TO DIE FOR!

I've been trying to find a few more decorative ideas for our gallery wall in the hallway, and I thought this banner would add some color, and go perfectly there!

While it pains me that I can't snatch this up right now, because we are trying to save some $moolah$ for our future home... I realized that I have some white burlap from a previous project, some red paint, and some twine.

HEEELLLLLOOOOOOOO!

Don't you just love when that light bulb goes off?

Obviously, I decided to make my own version... for free.

{Allen likes that word... a lot. Except when it comes before "shipping"-- Ha ha!}

I took advantage of nap time, and busted open the craft cabinet for the first time in... well, awhile.

 I finished all of the pennants during B's nap, but I didn't get to hang it until this evening...

And though it isn't exactly like my "dream" banner, it will do... For now ;)

But that won't stop me from eyeing this beauty for July ;)
