InstaFriday

we've had one busy week...
... and here it is {in small doses} via Instagram

the last thing I expected to deal with, being that we only have one "child"
#siblingrivalry -- 'nuff said.
I can't help but laugh when she says, "No, No, Pup-pup!"

the last thing that made my heart feel a little sad...
displaying Mawsie's {my grandmother, who passed in 1994} roses...
they fill my heart with sadness and joy.

the last thing that made me say, "Awwww..."
little A, our beautiful niece

the last thing we did as a family.
wagon ride with the kiddos

the last thing I expected Oz to do!!
muddy dog + golf cart = disaster!

the last thing that made me laugh out loud!
dancing at the Post Office
apparently, you can get your mail and a recital at the same time!

the last thing that I made for dinner... {the past two nights}
my first attempt at caprese salad... YUM!

the last thing that made me REALLY excited!
making strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberries... the homemade way :)

the last thing I expected my garden to look like in the middle of April...
tomatoes, fennel, squash, and cherry tomatoes :) canNOT wait!
{thanks to the hubby for building me that fabulous garden box}

the last thing I planted...
beautiful weather + LOTS of time outside = pretty flowers on our porch! :)

the last thing B and Miles did together...
our little pianists :)
they got to practice while visiting great-grandma at the church office

the last time I exercised...
B and Mommy have been pounding the pavement this week!

the last thing that B ate... a butter-y Ritz cracker {she's always asking for one}
snack time to fuel up for shopping with Grammy

the last thing we did... just the two of us.
our shadow... LOVE.

the last time I relaxed for more than 5 seconds...
a look into life after B goes to bed.
cleaning up what the tornado left behind, and enjoying a well-deserved adult beverage.

the last beautiful thing I saw...
it's paint-out week in NH! :) we love riding around town and viewing all of the beautiful paintings in progress... watercolors, oil canvas-- such an amazing experience to see inside the minds of all of these artists! {this particular painting was done by Allen's Aunt Linda} :)

have a lovely weekend!

You have been busy! Some of my seeds didn't make it in my garden box so I'm just going out to buy some plants. Looks like yours are doing great!

Hey my friend! I enjoy catching up with you and your babe this way. I have to also add, that because of my allergies, my cookie was a ritz cracker. I felt like I had a little bonding moment with Brynn when I read that she loves buttery ritz :) Keep up the good work!
