I hope everyone had a safe and happy Halloween!
B had a lot of fun, but Mommy is paying for it today...
I'm laid up in bed with my new inhaler, a little Delsym, some Augmentin, and a Jack Russell terrier on the side. :) He is so loyal to his momma, especially when he knows I need a little extra TLC.
Allen has been such a blessing this week. He is the most amazing husband and daddy! I hardly deserve him... ;) Thank you for taking care of me, honey!
Here are some photos of our little ballerina trick-or-treater :)
We started out the night at Grandma and Grandpa Weinzapfel's house...
TRICK OR TREAT
Happy Halloween! {trying to hide in Mom's legs}
B seems to have recently hit a "shy" phase, where it takes her a little while to warm up to people...
So, we have a lot of moments like this -->
{clinging to Mommy}
She was not too excited to walk up to the door with everyone watching her...
But it didn't take her long to let her personality shine!
{playing "ball" with Daddy-- I love how they have the same lips!}
Showing off her musical skills by shaking boxes of candy with Grandma :)
She is becoming quite the character...
But who could resist this little charmer?
{playing with Aunt Katie}
Then we drove back to NH to trick or treat at Grammy and Paw-Paw's house...
*notice Allen picking out all of his favorites to go into B's treat bag*
Throwing candy out of the bowl quickly became her favorite Halloween activity.
She even recruited the "kitty-kitty" to help throw some candy.
After that, we went to visit Great-Grandma Alsop,
then we headed to Auntie "Man-Man" and Uncle Andrew's house...
They had a Halloween book ready for this special trick-or-treater ;)
Photo op-- the best we could get :)
Thanks Auntie Man-Man and Uncle Andrew!!
She found some Milk Duds that she could shake... This actually got her to sit still for half a second!
We finished off the night with a few sweet Halloween kisses :)
Happy Halloween!

She is such a cute ballerina! Looks like you guys had a great time!
She is absolutely adorable! :)
What a sweet little ballerina! I love the clinging to mommy picture, isn't it just the best? I'm sorry you're feeling bad but glad you had a nice Halloween!
prettiest little ballerina around! Hope you feel better
the cutest little ballerina!!
adorbs!
So so cute!! We had the same issue with the initial shyness :) I think we hit about 6 houses before our B thought "Oh, this isn't so bad" and started taking the candy people offered her.
Love the ballerina costume - and hope you feel better soon!
