Hand and Footprint Art

Yesterday was a busy day...
I went shopping for all of B's 1st birthday decor/projects/insanity!!
And of course, as I'm pushing my cart full of pink ballerina craziness around Hobby Lobby, I come across the canvas aisle so that I could pick up a few things for this project {which I picked up from Pinterest and The Nature of Grace}.
I was going to display it on B's cake table, and then hang it in her room after the party... :)

As I'm looking up the details on my Pinterest app, {iPhones are truly a gift from the Heavens}
I ran across this other little DIY project that I Pinned a few weeks ago from Miner Moments.

... And I just HAD to pick up an extra canvas and some paint to get it done!
Of course, it had to be a larger canvas because Allen has monster German feet! {hehe}

I can't wait to post photos of the finished projects!
Since the high chair is finally done, I have a little free time to devote to some fabulous Mommy & Me activities, and also all of the decorations for B's party! :)

Have a great day!!

I reeeally need to start working on the 1st birthday business. I will be gone for 2 weeks RIGHT before the party so I have to have everything done by the 16th of Sept. This post has been a wakeup call for me haha.

I have seen some super cute handprint art that looks like so much fun. You'll have to let me know how it goes with an 11 month old, and then maybe we will give it a go too! I'm so excited to see B's Ballerina bash pictures...A-dorable, just like her:)
